I had my taxes done somewhere else in 2022 how can I upload them so it can be carried over

    Hi Mary.

    I removed your middle and last name for your privacy as this is a public forum.

    If you have not already started your 2023 return, you can choose to import the information from the 2022 return to start the 2023 return. Follow these steps:

    1. After setting up your account, on the first screen that asks you how you filed your 2022 return, choose the option for 'Filed online with another service" and click continue.
    2. The software will allow you to import a PDF file on the following screen.

    If you already started your 2023 return, you will not be able to import the taxes from last year without starting a new account with us.
