How to report two address on California Tax Return?

My husband and I live seperately due to work purposes, however on the CA tax return it asks if our physical address matches our mailing address for jury purposes. The mailing address matches my physical address, but not my husband’s. How can I denote that on the return? I only see one spot to input the address.

It doesn't affect your taxes at all, so I would just answer 'yes' if the mailing address used on the return matches the physical address of at least one of you. If you want a definitive answer, you can ask the Franchise Tax Board, but I think it's unlikely that any tax preparation software has a way to enter multiple addresses, and since the Form 540 itself doesn't provide for it, I think you're OK to just answer 'yes.'
