I was charged twice for trying to finish my returns form previous years. Earlier this week, after Filing info from previous years, I noticed it required card information. Assuming this was for an "advanced help" feature I had agreed to, I was ready to pay. I was then met with a message stating that it was too late to e-file, and then I was immediately charged 17.99. Again, I assumed this was for a help feature I asked for. I came back today to finish another year, but this time with no help and was met with the same "too late to e-file" notification, and another immediate charge. I would send this issue to the support team, but I don't have an actual desktop/laptop computer, and there isn't a way to reach the team through mobile device. Please help resolve this, or forward me the support team's information so that I may get my money back.
