Box 12 on W2

I have two amounts in box 12, a G code and a DD code. How do I add both lines when filling on line for my 1099-SA.

I'm not sure what you're asking. The 1099-SA is the form you receive to show your distributions from a Health Savings Account (HSA). Neither of those codes has anything to do with an HSA.
Those amounts are on your W-2, and you would enter them in the Box 12 section of your W-2 screen.
Code DD = cost of employer-sponsored health insurance (does not affect your taxes)
Code G = elective deferrals you made to a 457(b) retirement plan (can possibly give you a Retirement Savings Credit)

ricncher, is it a W-2 that you are referring to or a 1099-SA? Those are each entered into different places in the software.
