When does the State refund show up in my account?

I checked my refunds and my state has issued my state refund on the 13th of February and still haven't seen it. Where is the state refund? I know they take out the fees but still should have already been deposited into my account.

If you google Santa Barbara Tax group you can check the status. I just tried it and it works

Yeah I did and yeah I got my state in this past monday
