Do anyone have any idea as to how long sbtpg cashier's check arrive in mail from date posted on web.

My state Refund was sent to a closed bank account, SBTPG website says it was disbursed from them as a cashier's check with a date posted of 02/18/2025. Do anyone have an idea as to when/how long the Cashier's check will arrive in the mail?

    Hello Iniquaite,

    I understand the concern regarding your refund. We do not receive information regarding the timing of the refund from TPG. However, consider the time it may take time to process a check and send it in the mail to the address on your return. Customer Support will be happy to look further into this if you sign into your account and contact them from your Support Center. Otherwise, please use TPG’s refund status tool to track the status of your refund by going to:
