I have an DC FSA for $2500 but I only used $2000. $500 will be forfeited. In the last screen, there's a warning says $500 will be added to income. Is this correct? That $500 is something I never see so it doesn't make sense to add that to my income. $2500 is reported in box 10 of my W2 but there's nothing to indicate it's an FSA.

Nvm, I skimmed over the question of forfeited FSA. I selected Yes and entered the forfeited amount and everything is good now.
