sale of a personal vehicle

i sold a personal vehicle in 2024 for a profit but i cannot figure out where to add this in my taxes. it prompts for a 1099-K but i do not have one. i need to fill out a 1040 schedule d but do not see anywhere to do so.

Follow these steps to report the sale of your car:

1. Click the Income TAB > Click Investments and Savings > Click Add an Investment
2. Choose Other Sales > Click Save and Continue > Enter Your name or whatever you want for Person ? Financial Institution that Brokered your Sale(s) > Click Save and Continue
3. Choose one at a time and click Save and Continue
4. Choose I didn't get a tax form and click Save and Continue
5. Enter the sales information and continue from there.
