Grantor letter

Hello,

I have a revocable trust with my husband. We have been given a grantor letter for tax filing purposes, but I can't figure out how or where to enter the information from the grantor letter into freetaxusa. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi Jay,

The "grantor letter" reports income from the trust with details of what type of income and source it is from. For example, if the letter reports interest income, report it on the "Investment and Savings" section as Interest income even though you don't have a 1099-INT. Do the same for dividend income.

What sorts of income are reported on the Letter?
