California Schedule CA / D while using FreeTaxUSA

I am trying to do my taxes using FreeTaxUSA and have filled out most of the forms for IRS and California, but while going through the state tax section, I cannot find where we can add Schedule CA and D we need to fill out for capital gains and dividends that are not included in the federal return. (The reason is that, these are actually retirement accounts (RRSPs) from Canada that have the gains and are not required in federal filing). I am asking because retirement accounts are not reported in Canada unless you withdraw from them.

Also, I assume Schedule CA/D would be used in other scenarios as well other than just foreign retirement account gains.

    Hi dwdrajesh,

The California State section in FreeTaxUSA supports many uncommon income adjustments. At this time however, our software doesn't support an adjustment to income or deduction for capital gains and dividends not reported on the federal return.

You may need to use another software provider.
