Cannot log into account

Question

Hello,  I signed up for an account today, completed my taxes and paid the fee.  When I was entering the drivers license information to file, I was kicked off the site.  I went to log back in and cannot log in.  Each time I enter my credentials, I am just send back to the log in page.  I have tried different browsers, but the same thing happens.  Please help me log in so I can file.

Hi amblanke,

The first thing I suggest is restarting your computer and try again. Then try these steps:

If you are unable to sign into your account, we recommend that you request your username and also reset your password.

To do this, go to our homepage and select Support > Forgot Username or Password? Follow the screens to obtain your correct username and password.

If you haven't entered a phone number in your account, you may click on "Try something else" after selecting "Forgot username or password?" to request this information via email.

I'm having the same issue.  I've never had any issues with the site but today, I get kicked back to the login screen as soon as I enter my creds on two different browsers.
