How long I must wait for the approval in order to file taxes as tax preparer?

Past Tuesday I sent my information(EFIN and PTIN to FreeTaxUSA), but I haven't received any answer yet about whether I can sign or not taxes as a tax preparer. Is the system charging me for this new update?

Here's what FreeTaxUSA says on the "Let's verify your EFIN" screen:

It usually takes 4 business days for the IRS to verify your EFIN. We'll send an email to the email address you entered on the Paid Preparer Information screen once we receive the IRS's response. You will still be able to mail tax returns before the verification process is complete; you just won't be able to e-file returns until your EFIN is verified. Once your EFIN is verified it can be used on multiple accounts without needing to be verified again. Contact FreeTaxUSA Support if you're having trouble getting your EFIN verified.

Thank you for your response! I know that part. It has been more than 6 business days now.

My EFIN was verified by the IRS via a letter, since I am having problems with ID.ME - how can I upload that letter to you.
