Estimated MD state refund plummeted as soon as I started filing for state

My MD state refund was estimated at around $1700, and as soon as I got to the part where I begin state filing and I confirm my residency in Baltimore City as a full-year resident and confirmed my physical address, the MD estimated return dropped to about $330. Why is this? What about my address made it drop $1400, and why was it initially showing $1700?
