1099-misc for Paid Leave Oregon

I received a 1099-misc form from the Oregon Employment Department for income I received for intermittent leave taken during 2024 (box 3: other income). Both federal (box 4) and state (box 16) were withheld.

Where exactly do I enter
a) the income
b) the federal tax withheld
c) the state tax withheld

I was able to find an answer with online support.

You can enter all of the 1099-MISC information by clicking on the "Income" tab > "1099-NEC/1099-MISC" > "Add a 1099-MISC", and there will be boxes for the other income, federal tax withheld, and the state tax withheld.
