Hi there, I filed on FreeTaxUSA and owed a big federal chunk. I've used this site for the last few years and never had this problem (although I never owed anything until last two years). I entered card info, and received an email confirmation that says "receipt of payment." I see the charge on my card for the e-file fee, but not the federal amount owed that I supposedly paid already. Worried I didn't actually pay, and worried about what happens if I enter payment twice. Thanks!
