Sign in page won't load
I've tried accessing the sign in page in Chrome Incognito on my laptop and on my phone. The page won't load. How do I contact customer service? I need to access my past info and update my return. This is NOT a username/password issue. I can't access the page to sign in at all

Hi Betsyp,
We have started the process of launching the new software and there may be caching or cookie issues with your browser. Try using an Incognito window. If it loads, clear your cache from the last couple of days.
Or you can restart your computer and try the sign in page again.
Let me know if that works or not.
