What to do when the system does not recognize Payer's TIN on a 1099-NEC

I am entering my 1099-NEC into the system, and I am getting an error that says: "You've entered an invalid EIN 195486668 for the Payer Identification Number." I am definitely entering the number that is on the 1099-NEC that was provided to me, so I don't understand what I am supposed to do.
