Trying to schedule a Pro Check appointment

Disappointed

I signed up for Pro Support and I'm very disappointed.
I've been trying to have my return reviewed and speak
with someone for days but not able to schedule an
appointment. Any suggestions?

I heard that once you purchase pro support you need to request through the chat to schedule an appointment.
