How to report foreign interest earned as a Resident Alien?

I have a foreign savings account funded by money earned in the US. Where do I report this amount? The bank does not give me a 1099-INT, and the foreign credit section in FreeTax USA doesn't give me an opportunity to report the amount since the total amount is <$10,000.
