If I claim my disabled spouse as a dependent will I get more refund

He is disabled and his ex wife passed this year. His past child support case was closed out. If I claim him as a dependent this year will I be able to get a bigger refund

A spouse is never claimed as a dependent, even if disabled.
I'm not sure if this answers your question completely or if there is a different question you're asking about claiming a dependent in general for someone that may be disabled and lives with you?
