On my 1040 tax return i realized my account number and routing number.Was different

I'm just trying to get help or any answers on what to do about my tax refund. I noticed that I never receive my tax refund and it's been over a month, I received a letter from the I.R.S talking about how I need to verify my identity. And I noticed when they told me to check my 1040 tax forms. After I filed, they asked me to verify my account number. And my routing number

And I notice that the route number and account number was not my Account number all routing number. So now I'm just curious about how I have a different account number? I've been using this platform for over 10 years and my account number has been the same. So now I'm just reaching out. Does anybody who might know or who can help me figure out what I can do to solve this problem?

    ALSO I'M TRYING TO LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT AND NOW SOMEHOW I CAN'T GET IT. I CHANGED THE PASSWORD AND DON'T KNOW. IT STILL DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO GET IN MY ACCOUNT. THERE'S A BUFFERING CIRCLE THAT POPS UP, AND IT CONTINUES TO LOAD NEED HELP I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEBODY.
