Can I put all of these items under miscellaneous income?

I received Perfect Attendance Bonus, they would give me pay, plus lunch, plus I would earn days off from work.  Well, the Lunch portion of the bonus' they did not include in any of my paychecks, nor did they include on any of my W-2 forms, plus the job at times would have gatherings with foods and drinks and anytime provide free water and ice.

*Also, my supervisor gave me a pen either 2023 or and 2024.

You sound concerned about wanting to pay taxes on what are considered fringe benefits. https://www.irs.gov/publications/p15b#:~:text=Are%20Fringe%20Benefits%20Taxable%3F,the%20law%20specifically%20excludes%20it. It's your employers job to include those on your pay.

Also sounds like most of those are de minimis fringe benefits. https://www.irs.gov/government-entities/federal-state-local-governments/de-minimis-fringe-benefits .
