First 2020 stimulus check, 1,200
I did not get the first stimulus check in Mar/Apr of 2020. If the IRS went by your 2019 tax return info, my income was less than 13,000. However, in Feb of 2020, I took money from my 401K, which made my income go up to 160,000. Shouldn’t I have still received that first stimulus check since my income level was so low in 2019?

I'm not sure there is much you can do regardless of if you qualified or not now. On the IRS Website it says
"All first and second Economic Impact Payments were sent out by the IRS. The time to file an amended 2020 tax return to claim these payments has passed."
