No order confirmation recieved

I amended my fed and state taxes for the second time yesterday around 10pm and did not receive an order confirmation of the fee to amend taxes which is 15$. Has this happened to anyone before?

Yeah @Te_ariki is right. If you look at FreeTaxUSA's Amended Tax Returns page you'll see it says:
"File 1040-X as many times as you need for only $15.98."

I don't know why it's not letting me post a screenshot, but if you look at the homepage in the pricing details it says that for the $15.(98) you get unlimited amended returns.
