Box 14 on my W2 shows Tier 1 O, Tier 2, and Tier 1 MED - how do i enter that in the FreeTax screen?

Box 14 on my W2 shows Tier 1 O, Tier 2, and Tier 1 MED - how do i appropriately enter that in the FreeTax screen? I tried entering my typing in but then i got a second screen where it tells me to enter, but theres not option for Tier 1 O, only Tier 1 Tax, Tier 2 Tax….and it says Ive overpaid?

Hi Jascencio,

Box 14 of the W-2 is for "Other" information. Tier 1 and Tier 2 codes are for railroad employees. Enter those descriptions and amounts. Press Save and Continue. On the next page, "Railroad Information from W-2" we will ask for additional information. Fill in the information. The software will use that information for your returns.
