Verification Not Coming to My Phone

I’m having the same issues as a prior customer from April 2024. I am trying repeatedly with different login usernames and the codes are not being sent to me immediately. This is preventing me from logging in 99% of the time. It is not my email server because i've sent test emails to myself from other accounts and i receive them promptly. I have been asking for help with this issue for days. Help! The tax deadline is tomorrow!

    I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you have experienced. To keep your account secure, we use a 2-step verification system when you log into your account. When you sign in you are asked for a verification code.

    That code is sent to you by email, text message or phone call. If you haven't received the verification code to sign in, it usually means that you need to click the Continue button on the "How should we send your code?" screen.

    Please try the following:
    1) Sign in to your account

    2) On the "How should we send your code?" screen, choose your email or phone number, then select Continue

    3) The code will then be sent to your email or phone

    4) Retrieve the code from your email or phone and enter it on the "Enter your code" screen.

    Also, we recommend that you request the code another way. Please sign into your account and choose a different option on the "How should we send your code?" screen. If your email is not working please try using your phone number.
