It is likely that your husband’s birthdate is not correct with the SSA (social security administration). You should be able to update it here: https://www.ssa.gov/personal-record/correct-date-birth
The IRS gets their information from the SSA. Once it has been updated/corrected, you may need to wait 10 or so days before trying to resubmit your return.
