    Hello,

Since taxes paid to Puerto Rico are considered foreign taxes, and it is considered foreign income on a US return. I would recommend finding another tax software or an expat tax firm to prepare your taxes.

FreeTaxUSA currently doesn't support the US foreign tax credit for any foreign income besides interest income reported on Form 1099-INT, dividend Income reported on Form 1099-DIV, and foreign taxes reported on Schedules K-1 from Forms 1065 and 1120S
