Charged for 2024 and 2023 Tax Returns

in Filing my taxes

I can't seem to get no where trying to get a refund for the service fees I was charged

for Tax Year 2023 and 2024 that I was not able to completely file? Is this intentional on

the part of FreeTaxUsa for the customer of not having a way to get a refund on what was taken from their bank account?
