why can’t i check out when i have tried all my cards already and it keep declining

    It is super important to ensure that everything matches the credit/debit cards that you are using. Meaning, the address and card number information needs to match what is on file with the bank that issues the card. If you have ensured this information is correct with what you have used in the FreeTaxUSA software, you need to contact Customer Support using the dropdown menu in the upper left hand corner of your account screen. They will get back to you within the day.
