Passkey

I put a pass key on my account, now I can't login. Any suggestions?

    What specific problem are you running into when you try to log into your account?

    After creating a passkey, the next time you visit the login page, your device or password manager should show a dialog box prompting you to sign in with your passkey. If no dialog box is showing, you can select your passkey from a drop-down menu after clicking the username field. To sign in, you will need to select your username from the dialog box and use the screen lock (fingerprint, FaceID, or pin). Then, you will be logged into your account.

    If your saved passkey is not working, you can delete the passkey from your device or password manager, so you are no longer prompted to use it.

    You can then sign in with your username and password. If you want to create a new passkey, go to your Account Info to edit your passkeys. Delete any passkeys you see here that aren’t working and create a new one. Next time you log in on this device or with your password manager, you’ll be prompted to use the new passkey.
