    You’ll need to enter your 1098-T form and answer the appropriate questions related to you expenses to determine if you qualify for the credit.

    Hello pandaexpressfan_1,

    You can enter your 1098-T (generally required to claim an education credit) by going to Deductions / Credits -> College Tuition (1098-T). Then the software will ask some follow up questions to determine which, if any, education credits you qualify for.

    If you have done so and nothing is appearing, I would recommend that you contact customer support so they can have a direct look at your account.
