NY Solar Tax Credit

I had a pretty expensive solar system installed at my home. I'm going through my return and I see I'm getting the 30% federal, but I don't see the NY state credit, which should max out at $5k. Am I missing something somewhere?

    Hello Ylomnstr,

    To claim the solar energy credit for NY, please go to State -> Credits. You should see a list of credits on that page. There should be one for the Solar Energy System Credit and you will need to indicate that you need to claim it.

    Then, on the following pages, it should ask you more information about that credit.

    If you are still not seeing it, I would recommend that you contact customer support. They can review your specific account and see if there is something that may have been missed.
