Account Recovery (After moving my computer and phone I have no access to old phone number or email).

I'm sure this has posed problems for other members in the community, please advise on how you overcame this obstacle to access your prior year's tax returns. Also, I'm not able to find a phone number for customer support.

    Hello Robertsfcc81,

    For account security, we require a two-factory authorization when signing in. If you no longer have access to the email address or phone number associated with your account, you will need to create a new account to file a tax return this year.

    Any previously filed tax returns can be requested from the IRS by obtaining a transcript at this website: http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

    You may also request a transcript by phone by calling the IRS at: 1-800-908-9946.

    Once you have created your new account, please contact our support team by selecting Support Center in the top right corner of the screen. Our team will be happy to assist you.
