in Filing my taxes

Hello!

I recently moved to WA back in June and I'm filing my taxes for California 2025 (I lived there the beginning of the year). Do I need to put in my Washington address when filing my California Taxes? I don't want it sent back to my family's home and get into any trouble ,This is my 3rd year filing so I don't want to get things messed up.

Much help wold be appreciated!

    Hello Anigel20256,

    I would recommend that you use your current address when filing your taxes. The IRS and your state will use your current address to contact you if they have any questions or concerns on your tax return.
