TPG question

Hi

So I checked my state refund and it says refund issued however when I checked the TPG site it show all zero and there is no refund received at all is that normal?

    Hello atl22! Yes, this can be normal depending on your refund situation. Once TPG receives your state refund from your state tax agency, they'll deduct any applicable fees and deposit the remaining amount to your bank account. Your state refund should arrive separately once it's processed through TPG, even if the website currently shows zeros.

    If your state shows "refund issued," that's a good sign. It means your state has sent the payment and it's on its way through the processing system. Please try checking again tomorrow.     Thank you so much much for your answer I just checked the TPG site and still nothing at all so hopefully by tomorrow if not I will contact FreeTaxusa on Monday to see what we can do thanks
