I helped my fiance with her significant medical bills, how can I deduct that?
(she had no income this year)
Medical expenses can be claimed for a you, a spouse or dependent reported on your tax return. If your fiancé isn't a qualifying dependent, you will not be able to claim those medical expenses on your tax return.
More information can be found in IRS Publication 502, page 2.
