I helped my fiance with her significant medical bills, how can I deduct that?

(she had no income this year)

    Medical expenses can be claimed for a you, a spouse or dependent reported on your tax return. If your fiancé isn't a qualifying dependent, you will not be able to claim those medical expenses on your tax return.
