Forgot to add another 1099-R

After completing my taxes I missed another 1099-R form. How do I go back to add this?

    Open your 2025 Return - on top click on Income - the drop down will show Retirement Income (1099-R) click on that - the next page opens and there you can add another 1099-R.

    JLFTUFreeForum has given the correct instructions on how to enter another 1099-R form if your return has not already been submitted.

    If you have already submitted your tax return and it has been accepted, you may need to file an amended return to add the form. We recommend waiting to file an amendment until the IRS has processed the original return.
