Hello JJG,
You should be able to see any prior year return on your account by clicking on the Account tab and selecting Prior Returns.
If you do not see it, then probably one of two things are happening:
1. The returns were not finalized. After you pay for them, there are a few more steps before that is the case. If you think that may be the case for you, I'd recommend contacting customer support. They will be able to tell you if you finalized them or not.
2. You may have filed them in a different account. We have had people create more than one account with us and file different returns in each account.
Please go to our homepage and select Support > Forgot Username or Password
Enter in your email address and SSN. If there is more than one account associated with that email and SSN, you will be asked which account you need help with. You can then click on the "Email me more information about my accounts." link. You will then receive an email with all of the usernames in our software associated with that email address and SSN and which tax year they were used.
