Where is my refund

Freetax uses greendot so I expect help from freetax. The IRS website states my money haS been deposited. I agreed to pay my fees with my return, So santa Barbra bank, by all logic has my return. They're supposed to take their fees and release it. Now its the 23rd, the day I should have received my deposit and NOTHING. santa Barbra bank site says they don't have my money which again, by all logic isn't true. WHERE IS MY MONEY?,

    I would recommend that you contact customer support directly. They will be able to look at your account and see more details about what is going on.

    Sometimes it can take longer than normal to process everything. If the IRS says that the 23rd is when you are supposed to receive your refund, then it may be a few extra days still. I would recommend that you continue to monitor the IRS's website and Santa Barbara's to get the latest information on your refund.
