When will I receive a copy of my returns?

I filed my returns six weeks ago. I received my refund quickly, thank you. But, I have not received the hard copy I paid for. I need it ASAP! Please help.

    Hello Just_m3,

    Generally, it takes 3-4 weeks for a hard copy of your return to be processed and mailed out. Contact Customer Support while signed into your account and someone can provide you with the status of your mailed return.
