    if I’m filing for the earned income credit and my taxes got rejected because somewhere in the prior years the EIC was disallowed. I’m Not really sure why it was disallowed but it’s wants me to attach form 8862 and resubmit my taxes. If I’m not sure the reason for the disallowed EIC do I say it was my error or not my error.
