BUG with Website: Did not receive a phone call

My email address is no more. Have to log in to fix it. Have no mobile phone. Ask to send a code via a voice call to verify. Never came. So bad I was forced to create a new account. STILL did not receive a call to verify my phone number. At least I could log in. But I have to enter all my data and spouse's data again. Now I have two accounts floating around. I see my user name here is from the old account. I do not know how messed up things are going to be.
