Does this product allow e-filing with the attached statement required by line 7a of Investment Tax Credit Form 3468 (confirming that the system is <1 MW system and therefore eligible for the 30% tax credit without meeting prevailing wage requirements)?

    Hello OakMills,

    You can generally e-file your return through FreeTaxUSA with Form 3468 included. However, per IRS rules, when attachments are required for Form 3468, individuals who e-file must mail in a paper Form 8453 (U.S. Individual Income Tax Transmittal for an IRS e-file Return) along with the required statement. This is an IRS requirement that applies to all e-file software, not a limitation specific to our product.
