Is that what the status shows when you look here on the where's my refund tool?
With 2021 only being 2 years ago you should still be in the window of qualifying for your refund from what I see here .
I believe FreeTaxUSA no longer has any control over the document once it is submitted to the IRS, so I would continue to check the refund tool! Hope this helps give some info - a fellow FreeTaxUSAer
