Hi I was not using freetaxusa last year and I had carryover losses from last year…how do I populate this number in this year's filing? I had the form populated but just the prior year's number I can't figure out where to enter it.

If you have a Capital Loss Carryover from investment sales that couldn't fully be deducted on your prior years, this can be entered in the software under:
Income > Common Income > Capital Loss Carryovers from Last Year
The worksheet to calculate this amount will also be available on that screen.
