IN state 529 credit

When I go to enter my 529 contributions it requires an account number but the software is telling me the account number begins with the wrong digits and won’t accept it, and I can’t continue or get the credit for my contributions without it.

    Hello Ghost,

    Please contact the manager of the education savings account to verify the account number. A valid education savings account will be 11, 10, or 16 digits long.
