URGENT - 2024 return generating erroneous dynamicpdf unlicensed error message in pdf with watermark

Hi there, I needed to complete my daughter's 2024 tax return and am using the 2024 version. In the final last step to generate the pdf to print/mail, the pdf consists of "Evaluating unlicensed DynamicPDF feature. Click here for details.[5:0:d3:v8.0]" at the top of every page and has a watermark of dynamicpdf's logo on every page.

Please help.

Hi, this is happening to me as well.
On the last step of filing my 2024 taxes, when I download the generated PDF, it has a DynamicPDF logo watermark on every page, and the text/hyperlink: "Evaluating unlicensed DynamicPDF feature. Click here for details.[5:0:d3:v8.0]".

Please help.

I am having the same issue. Hopefully this is a glitch and will be fixed in the next day or so.

I reached out to support and they said to log in to 2025, go to view/print prior year and download it that way. I just did and there is no watermarks or unlicensed header messages.
