NJ Box 17

in Filing my taxes

on my w2 in the lower part of box 17 it shows a number and in box 15 it says FLI. Box 14 i have 2 things UI/HC/WD and DI. I understand that the FLI for sure does not get reported as part of box 17 as actual state income tax. so on the following page, what exactly gets filled there, as it only asks for FLI in box 14 (which for me its part of box 17) and UI/HC/WD and DI in box 14 are not listed as SUI or SDI

    If you don't have SUI or SDI reported in Box 14, then you just leave those blank and the UI/NC/WD isn't need by the software since it doesn't ask for it.
