What do I do if Michigan says they didn't receive my taxes but Free Tax USA says they accepted them

in State Filing
I filed federal and state at the same time. My fed was initially rejected for an error. I fixed the error and then both my fed and state were accepted. Already got my fed refund but Michigan website says they didn't receive my taxes. Even though they already processed my home heating credit. Can't get through to them on phone.

Hello Fishy,
If our system shows your Michigan return was accepted, it was successfully received by the state. State systems can sometimes take a few days to fully update, so the refund tracker may not reflect the current status right away. The fact that Michigan already processed your home heating credit is a good sign that they do have your return on file.
You can check your Michigan refund status here: https://www.michigan.gov/taxes/iit/refund. If the status still does not update after a few more days, you can reach Michigan's Department of Treasury using the contact information here: https://www.michigan.gov/en/treasury/contact-us1
